As an IT Service Technician / Onsite Supporter, you will be instrumental in managing end-user devices, including their installation, repair, and replacement. This role involves providing direct onsite support for software and hardware issues, acting as a local representative when needed in Marl and Herne, and contributing to occasional IT projects and rollouts. You will be a key player in delivering 1st and 2nd level IT support to resolve client problems.
