Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an expert in organic and solid-phase chemistry to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Penzberg, Germany, through Franz & Wach. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the manufacturing of products, with a strong focus on peptides and oligonucleotides, operating within a GMP-regulated environment. Key responsibilities include executing and monitoring production batches, performing multi-stage syntheses at lab scale, and meticulously documenting all processes according to DIN ISO and GMP guidelines. Beyond production, the role involves operating and monitoring equipment, conducting analytical tests, and undertaking organizational tasks such as workflow planning and laboratory management. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to development and troubleshooting, including implementing new procedures, optimizing processes, and contributing to risk analyses and validations.
