Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Penzberg, Germany, focusing on the development and validation of innovative analytical methods for AAV vectors and plasmids within the gene therapy field. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent new development, establishment, and validation of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods. The Scientist will conduct independent literature research, plan and execute experiments, and perform routine analytical methods such as LC, CE, PCR, and ELISA, ensuring professional documentation and interpretation of results in consultation with the Group Leader. Key requirements include a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry, extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in biochemical, biophysical, and protein chemistry analysis, and specific focus on PCR. Experience
