The Practice Manager acts as a crucial link between medical and non-medical staff, as well as administration, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. They will actively support the team in day-to-day tasks, contributing significantly to optimal patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a background as a Medical Assistant or equivalent, ideally with further training as a Practice Manager, and demonstrate strong IT proficiency with practice management software and MS Office. Knowledge of outpatient case coding and billing is essential, along with a high degree of independence, reliability, and responsibility.
