Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the organization and administration of a medical practice, ensuring smooth daily operations. The Practice Manager will be crucial in optimizing processes through quality management initiatives and acting as a key interface between medical staff, non-medical personnel, and administration. The position also entails supporting the team in daily tasks to ensure optimal patient care. Ideal candidates will have a background as a Medical Assistant or similar, ideally with further training as a Practice Manager, and possess strong IT skills, including experience with practice management software and MS Office. Knowledge of outpatient case coding for billing purposes is also required.
