The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering team development, coordinating team organization, and shaping the strategic evolution of CST planning. Day-to-day tasks involve leading interesting projects in railway control and safety technology across all phases of HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers), including planning for level crossings, electronic interlockings (ESTW), digital interlockings (DSTW), and European Train Control System (ETCS). The role requires taking technical ownership in project execution and a commitment to continuous professional development.
