Job Summary

This is a key leadership role as Accounting Manager for a company operating in a technical domain, requiring you to oversee the entire accounting function while ensuring strict compliance with Swiss legal requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising all accounting operations, producing reliable monthly and annual financial closings, and maintaining the accuracy of financial statements, client, supplier, and asset registers. A crucial element of the role involves coordinating financial reconciliation and exchange between the headquarters and international entities, alongside managing treasury, payments, and VAT declarations. You will also be the primary contact for auditors and contribute significantly to consolidation work, budgeting, and financial analysis. This position is ideal for a highly structured and solution-oriented professional who excels in accuracy and teamwork, offering the opportunity to lead and mentor the accounting team while operating within an international framework. Success requires proven experience in a similar capacity and strong command of both French and English.
