Job Summary

This senior role involves supporting the R&D and Industrialization Manager for a respected Swiss industrial company in the Neuchâtel region. You will be instrumental in bridging product development and operational manufacturing. Key responsibilities include managing R&D priorities, overseeing product developers, and directing the Methods service. A core focus will be on developing, optimizing, and ensuring the reproducibility of industrial production processes, leveraging tools like CAD (SolidWorks) and methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma. You will coordinate the industrialization of new products, maintain technical documentation (BOMs, operating ranges), and manage the service budget while ensuring compliance with quality, environment, and safety standards. This position is ideal for a methodical and rigorous engineer with 5-10 years of confirmed industrial experience who is ready to take on significant managerial and technical leadership in a dynamic production environment.
