Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, focusing on remote assistance for IT users across Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients, handling application support for Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP, and independently resolving IT incidents and requests. Key responsibilities also include documentation in a ticketing system, IT administration, installation tasks, and central software distribution. This position is ideal for someone with a strong service mentality, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to contribute to a growing IT solutions provider, with the added benefit of 100% remote work after an initial training period.
