Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and training for Synapsis products to customers and service partners. The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, document all inquiries, and escalate product feedback internally. A key responsibility is delivering technical training sessions in English to service technicians, both at the company's training center and on-site at partner locations. This includes preparing training materials, ensuring training equipment functionality, and supporting sales colleagues with technical consultations when needed. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or computer science, coupled with experience in technical support and training, particularly in marine electronics and navigation systems.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent technical qualification
