Job Summary

This role involves working as a Software Systems Engineer for a leading manufacturer of navigation, bridge, and mission systems for commercial and military vessels. The engineer will be responsible for analyzing and deriving software requirements for integrated navigation bridge systems, ensuring synergy across multiple projects. Key tasks include implementing system software based on defined architectures and regulations, deploying and integrating software into development, reference, and target systems, and supporting commissioning activities. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, professional experience in software development and complex system deployment, and expertise in Requirements Engineering and Management. This position offers the opportunity to specialize in either managing international interface requirements or selecting and adapting operating systems, contributing to best practices within the NSC division.
