Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Sales Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on the Freiburg, Lörrach, and Offenburg regions. The successful candidate will go beyond traditional sales, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing expert technical consultation to solve complex challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include acquiring new customers, nurturing existing client relationships, presenting the company's portfolio of passive components and services, and providing in-depth design-in support. You will be responsible for creating offers, managing pricing, and overseeing projects from initiation to contract closure and beyond. This position offers a blend of customer visits (approximately three days a week) and home office work, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to effectively manage client appointments and build lasting partnerships.
