Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineer or certified Technician passionate about sales, focusing on turning customers into long-term partners within the Freiburg, Konstanz, Offenburg, and Villingen-Schwenningen region. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts, presenting a portfolio of electromechanical components and services. A core part of the job involves providing expert technical consultation during the design-in phase, understanding complex customer needs, and developing perfect technical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include autonomous price setting, creating offers, managing projects through contract closure, and optimizing customer appointments from a home office base. This position requires strong communication skills, a high degree of self-motivation, and willingness to travel approximately three days a week to meet clients face-to-face.
