Job Summary

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will join the Cyber Defense Team in Mönchengladbach, focusing on IT security within a complex and modern IT environment. Your daily tasks will involve addressing current incidents, conducting threat analyses, and advising departments on security policies, best practices, and hardening measures. You will proactively identify risks and vulnerabilities through risk analyses, developing strategies for their elimination. The role also includes supporting projects to enhance IT and cloud security, contributing to areas like information encryption, identity & access management, and vulnerability management. Your expertise will be crucial in threat assessments, investigations of security-related events, and evaluating security levels using key performance indicators. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively within an international team, contributing to the security community of the Scheidt & Bachmann Group.
