Job Summary

The HR Development Officer will be a primary contact for all employee training and development needs within the Augsburg district administration. This role involves comprehensive management of internal and external training programs, from coordinating registrations and managing budgets to handling correspondence with providers and evaluating feedback. A key part of the role includes managing travel expenses and organizing qualification courses for administrative staff and road workers. Additionally, the officer will support recruitment processes, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. This position requires a highly organized, service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a background in public administration or human resources development, contributing to the continuous growth and competence of the workforce.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt) or certification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt - Beschäftigtenlehrgang II)

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning, organizing, and evaluating training and development measures (ideally)
  • Experience with public administration processes (implied by required education)
