Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing all technical building services at the MediClin Müritz-Klinikum, a major acute hospital in Waren (Müritz), Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and technical direction of building services, overseeing construction and renovation projects, and managing maintenance work. Key responsibilities also include strategic consulting for management on site development, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and contributing to energy optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, sanitation, and air conditioning systems or as an electrician, with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness and a customer-oriented approach. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment within a significant healthcare facility.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Heating, Sanitation, and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic or as an Electrician/Electronics Technician (preferably with a Master Craftsman's certificate). Completed training as a Fire Protection Officer is desirable.

- Leadership experience ideally
- Professional experience in organizing and managing building services
- Experience in coordinating construction, renovation, and maintenance projects
- Experience in managing contract awards for repairs
