This role involves supporting and deputizing for the Technical Director at the MEDICLIN Clinic am Rennsteig, focusing on technical facility management and site development. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating construction, conversion, and maintenance projects, managing contract awards for repairs, and ensuring the documentation and execution of maintenance planning.
