Job Summary
Join a leading German competence center for radioactive waste management, contributing to sustainable nuclear disposal. As a Nuclear Container Calculation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and validating proof strategies and methods for transport and storage containers, ensuring the highest safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing mechanical and thermal simulations, evaluating long-term behavior of containers, and preparing critical documentation for licensing procedures. This role requires a strong background in mechanics, thermodynamics, and numerical simulation, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
