This role is for an IT Infrastructure Solutions Expert focusing on both cloud and local systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, administration, and documentation of assigned infrastructure services. Key duties include providing infrastructure solutions, managing IT-related inquiries from various stakeholders, and creating future-proof concepts for infrastructure, software distribution, monitoring, and security. The expert will also coordinate external partners, develop rollout plans, and support end-users by creating effective support solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable training with a focus on IT (e.g., System Electronics)
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and administration in medium to large system environments
- Project and/or task force experience, with a desire to lead independently
