Job Summary

Join the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Research Neutron Source (FRM II) at the Technical University of Munich, one of the world's most advanced neutron sources. In this full-time role, you will be a key member of the Operational Chemistry team, primarily responsible for the sampling, processing, and chemical parameter determination of operational waters from the FRM II and the older FRM facility. Your tasks will also include activity determination and metrological duties related to the FRM II's environmental monitoring program, ensuring meticulous documentation of all results. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to maintaining high safety standards in a cutting-edge research environment, working both independently and as part of a dedicated team. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant technical assistant qualification and a strong background in water and analytical chemistry.
