Job Summary
This pivotal role as a Tax Advisor and Head of Nursing Sector involves strategically developing and strengthening ETL ADVISION's consulting portfolio within the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on nursing services. The successful candidate will design and implement consulting processes, guide and support tax advisory firms in specializing in the nursing sector, facilitate knowledge transfer, and foster collaboration. Key responsibilities include strategic development of the ADVISION division, creating innovative consulting approaches for nursing facilities, and advising tax firms on bespoke consulting concepts. The role also requires building and maintaining a robust network with industry stakeholders and representing ETL ADVISION at relevant events. This position offers significant autonomy, a shift from operational tax advising to a strategic management and consulting role, and the opportunity to shape the future of specialized healthcare consulting.
Required Skills
Education
Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater), ideally with a specialist consultant title for healthcare professions (Fachberater Heilberufe).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in tax advisory, ideally with a focus on healthcare or nursing.
- Experience in promoting knowledge exchange and developing quality standards.
- Professional experience in specialized consulting structures.
Languages

- Willingness to travel occasionally to support firms or attend events. Preferred residence in Northern or Central Germany. Flexible work model with home office as standard.
