This strategic leadership role requires a certified Tax Advisor to drive the sustainable development of the consulting portfolio for the nursing and healthcare sector within ETL ADVISION, a market leader in Germany. The successful candidate will transition from operational tax consulting into a strategic management and advisory position, focusing on enhancing service quality for nursing facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing new consulting strategies and processes, building systematic training programs to embed industry knowledge within tax teams, and fostering knowledge transfer across specialized firms. A critical component of the role is professional networking and representation, requiring the incumbent to build relationships with banks, industry associations, and represent ETL ADVISION at major events and conferences.
