Job Summary
As an Engineering Lead for Health & Performance, you will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative, agent-based solutions. Your core responsibility involves extracting insights from diverse health and performance data, leveraging artificial intelligence to create transformative and interoperable products. You will be tasked with developing new models for individualized recommendations and ensuring the quality and future viability of analytical applications from concept to production. This role requires strong expertise in data engineering, data science, and AI, coupled with a hands-on approach to software development. You will lead a core engineering team, collaborate within interdisciplinary agile teams, and contribute your expertise to build cutting-edge solutions for internal and external partners.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, a comparable field of study, or equivalent qualification with professional experience
Experience
- Professional experience in Health, Performance/Sport context or B2C application development
- Applied experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence
- Experience in software development and productization of software products
- Experience in leading an engineering team
