Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be a key on-site representative for BWI GmbH, providing essential IT services to the German Armed Forces' facilities and training grounds in Klietz. Your daily responsibilities will include managing and resolving IT incidents and requests across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments, ensuring compliance with service levels. You will actively participate in IT projects, performing on-site installations, moves, additions, changes, and deletions (IMACDs), and delivering second-level support. Regular maintenance and updates of hardware and software, along with quality assurance activities like DGUV V3 inspections, will also be part of your role.
