Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital transformation of a mid-sized tax advisory and auditing firm with an international focus. The Digitalization Manager will be responsible for implementing and continuously evolving the firm's digital strategy, with a strong emphasis on automation and efficiency. Key responsibilities include acting as the central point of contact for DATEV applications and their interfaces, evaluating new software solutions, and leading projects from inception to successful implementation. The role also involves organizing and conducting training sessions on DATEV software for colleagues and clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in tax, business, or IT, with significant practical experience in DATEV applications and a structured, independent work style. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Clerk, Management Assistant for Digitalization Management, or a degree in Economics or IT-related fields, or a comparable qualification with a focus on digitalization and IT.

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience with DATEV applications and their interfaces
  • Experience in a role comparable to a Kanzleiorganisationsbeauftragter (Office Organization Officer) or similar tasks
  • Professional experience in digital transformation and IT-focused roles
