You will be instrumental in implementing and evolving the firm's digital strategy, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency. As the central point of contact for DATEV applications and their interfaces, you will actively contribute to task forces, shape office processes, and evaluate new software solutions. A key part of your day will involve organizing and conducting training sessions on DATEV software for colleagues and clients, ensuring seamless adoption and effective utilization of digital tools. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Clerk, Management Assistant for Digitalization Management, or a degree in Business or IT-related fields; or comparable qualification with a focus on digitalization and IT.

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience with DATEV applications and their interfaces
  • Ideally, experience in a role as an Office Organization Officer or similar tasks
  • Professional experience in digital strategy implementation and development
