Job Summary
The Sächsische Staatskanzlei is seeking a Project Officer to support the implementation of an electronic Human Resources Management (ePM.SAX) system. This role involves assisting the overall project management, participating in SAP HCM Scrum teams, potentially leading a Scrum team as a Product Owner, and strategically managing data protection and information security for the project. The successful candidate will coordinate requirements from various departments and facilitate workshops. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant digitalization project within the public administration, working at the intersection of organizational development and IT, modernizing state administration processes in Saxony.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or University Diploma in Public Governance, Economics, Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or a comparable field; or a fully qualified lawyer; or a Master's degree/University Diploma in another field with professional experience in the described tasks.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT and/or organizational projects, especially with Scrum
- Knowledge of HR processes and/or public administration
