Job Summary

This role involves identifying automation potential within existing processes and then conceptualizing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using various technologies like RPA, workflow systems, and low-code platforms. The specialist will independently plan, manage, and technically execute digitalization, eGovernment, and IT projects focused on process optimization. Key responsibilities also include system maintenance, bug fixing, user administration, software update installations on servers, and defining/implementing/maintaining interfaces for integrating content from existing software and databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, system administration, basic programming, and a keen interest in current technology trends, contributing to a modern and evolving public administration environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field; OR Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or Digital Administrative Management with high affinity for IT; OR Completed training as an IT Specialist with IT qualification and verifiable professional experience.

Experience

Professional experience in identifying automation potential, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing automation solutions
