Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the availability and continuous development of company-wide IT services, focusing on network and application management. The specialist will independently install, configure, monitor, and optimize hardware and software, handle user inquiries (First and Second-Level Support), and coordinate hardware installations. Key responsibilities also include managing software rollouts, maintaining the telephone system, network, and firewall, and meticulous documentation of IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, initial experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Clients, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to contribute to an engaged team in a dynamic healthcare services environment.
