Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the availability and ongoing development of company-wide IT services, particularly in networking and applications, for a leading healthcare service provider in Germany. The specialist will be responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of hardware and software, providing first and second-level user support, and managing software deployments and updates. Key responsibilities also include coordinating hardware installations, maintaining the telephone system, network, and firewall, and meticulous documentation of IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, initial experience with Microsoft Active Directory, and strong problem-solving skills, contributing to a dynamic team within a secure and future-oriented work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker/in) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Initial experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Clients
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM is advantageous
Languages
Additional
- Driver's license (PKW-Führerschein) is required
