Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive management of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, from initial conception and design to project completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and constructing HVAC systems, reviewing execution plans, and developing installation plans in collaboration with other departments. Key tasks include budget planning, cost estimation, procurement, and coordinating various internal and external project stakeholders. The position also entails independent execution and coordination of service assignments, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and commissioning of refrigeration, climate control, and ventilation units and systems.
