Job Summary
This System Engineer role, based in Rostock, offers the opportunity to contribute to pioneering projects within the shipbuilding and engineering sectors. The core responsibilities involve developing technical concepts for interior outfitting assemblies (including living areas, work sections, doors, and deck coverings), creating the Basic Design, and managing complex construction tasks through Detail Design up to final documentation. The successful candidate will also coordinate technical implementation with internal/external clients and international suppliers, provide technical supervision to draftsmen and external design offices, and act as the technical representative for project feasibility. Key requirements include a degree in Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar, proven experience in construction and Basic Design, proficiency with CAD systems (such as CATIA), and professional fluency in both German and English.

Degree (Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, or Master) in Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or comparable field; Alternatively, State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in)
