Job Summary

This role is for a Senior Professional Analyst within the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) in Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of social services by contributing to the development and evolution of one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, structures, and processes, identifying trends, and creating comprehensive reports and presentations to support data-driven decision-making. The analyst will also be key in coaching and supporting software development teams, facilitating knowledge transfer, and defining technical guidelines and frameworks for IT projects.
