Job Summary

The City of Hameln is seeking an Electrical Engineering Engineer for its Central Building Management department. In this role, you will be a key player in high-rise construction projects, including new school centers, fire stations, and kindergartens, as well as the renovation of technical systems in municipal buildings. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve acting as the client representative for large projects managed by external engineering or architectural firms, overseeing and coordinating their services, especially in electrical engineering, and ensuring quality and adherence to city standards. You will also independently manage all phases of the HOAI for major renovation projects, define execution standards for electrical measures, process funding applications, and handle electrical and general building maintenance.
