Job Summary

The ITK Rheinland, a leading IT service provider for municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia, is seeking an Application Support Specialist for Financial Software. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, providing 1st and 2nd level support for a fee collection system used across over 450 workstations. You will translate functional requirements into technical designs, contributing to system development, and advise users on technical needs, reporting, and project implementation. Additionally, you will administer online payment platforms (ePayBL, pmPayment), assist with EC-Cash device implementation and support, and manage the room management system (vysoft).
