Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Specialist in support, focusing on the maintenance and development of IT workstations for municipal clients and internal staff in Mönchengladbach and Neuss. Day-to-day tasks include planning, coordinating, and executing rollouts of new hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration into the existing IT infrastructure. A key responsibility is providing Second-Level Support, analyzing and resolving technical faults quickly on client systems. The specialist will also manage software distribution via central management solutions to maintain standardized system environments.
