Job Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a Research Associate and PhD Student to delve into cutting-edge research on ion transport through atomically thin membranes, specifically 2D polymers and graphene derivatives. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with experimental partners at MPI Halle and Leiden University, actively participating in networking and regular research visits. The role demands a strong background in computational and theoretical physics/chemistry, with beneficial skills in high-performance computing, materials chemistry, molecular dynamics, data science, and machine learning.
