Job Summary
The Technical University of Dresden (TUD), a leading German Excellence University, is seeking a dedicated Manager to take full responsibility for all protocol-related affairs and high-level Rectorate events. This pivotal role involves managing prestigious annual events such as the ceremonial matriculation, honorary doctorates, and delegation visits, both nationally and internationally. The manager will advise the Rectorate on protocol matters, coordinate central committee meetings (including documentation and minute-taking), and organize special Rectorate-level retreats. Key requirements include a completed university degree, excellent organizational and intercultural skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office. This full-time, permanent position offers a dynamic, supportive, and meaningful work environment within one of Germany's top research institutions.
