Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment within the pressing, mixing, and compacting cell. The Equipment Owner will be responsible for executing cleaning and setup procedures, performing independent troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance, and conducting functional checks. A key aspect of the role is maintaining pharmaceutical documentation for GMP-relevant records, such as manufacturing protocols and logbooks. The position also supports peripheral activities by operating, monitoring, and controlling production equipment as needed, and performing in-process controls. Additionally, the Equipment Owner will participate in projects, including equipment assembly, installation, commissioning, optimization implementation, and support for technical approvals and GMP documentation. This diverse role also includes training new production employees and mentoring apprentices, offering exposure to a variety of systems and technologies.
