Job Summary

As the Risk Mitigation Lead in Customer Care, you will lead a team of specialists responsible for safeguarding Zalando and its customers from complex threats, including fraud, data privacy breaches (GDPR), and critical escalations. Your daily tasks will involve managing and developing a team of Risk Mitigation Experts, overseeing high-risk operations, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. You will drive strategic improvements in risk detection and mitigation, manage critical incidents, and foster a culture of diligence and resilience within your team.   • Experience in planning and implementing projects or improvement initiatives related to risk management, compliance, or quality assurance in a customer-facing context
