Job Summary

The Product Logistics Operations Assistant will be a vital contributor to the production workflow at Zalando Fashion Studios, focusing on coordinating and preparing products for various projects, live shows, and external partner productions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the product library, ensuring high standards of physical organization and cleanliness, and actively supporting inventory accuracy through audits, transfers, and loss prevention initiatives. The role requires providing hands-on logistics support for live shows, including receiving, packing, and handling returns. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in fashion retail, logistics, or operations (2+ years), strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel. This is a hands-on, proactive role demanding excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, onsite environment, offered as a 12-month limited contract.
