Job Summary

This role involves managing fundamental and individual ministerial affairs related to all aspects of material occupational safety within the Berlin administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing strategies and guidelines, responding to petitions and inquiries, and preparing reports and statements. Key tasks include ensuring the legal implementation of new regulations, providing expert opinions on internal security matters concerning basic materials, and acting as a contact person for various stakeholders. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent (Diplom (univ.)/Magister) in a technical or natural science field, OR civil servant status meeting the career requirements for the second entry-level of career group 2, technical services, occupational safety branch.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public service with the State of Berlin
  • Several years of relevant administrative experience in occupational safety

  • Must be currently employed by the State of Berlin (Land Berlin). Consent to an extended security clearance (SÜ 2) according to §§ 3 and 11 of the Berlin Security Clearance Act (Berliner Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz – BSÜG) is required.
