Job Summary

This role involves supporting customers as both a technical advisor and an electrical technician for a leading, independent manufacturer of control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and processing retrofit kits for control systems, providing technical phone support to customers, and managing the selection and delivery of supplied and spare parts. Additionally, the role includes handling customer complaints and processing technical cost estimates.
