Required Skills

Education

Completed career examination for the third entry-level position in Administration and Finance (formerly 'gehobener Dienst') in municipal, state, or federal administration, or a successfully completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Employee Training Course II).

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative leadership and planning tasks related to internal business operations and supply management.
  • Experience in personnel and security concepts, and organizational fire protection measures.
  • Experience in developing and implementing fundamental concepts for business areas, including potential external branches and emergency shelters.
  • Experience in work deployment planning and employee leadership.
  • Experience in financial planning, monitoring contract fulfillment, and procurement.
  • Experience in tendering and awarding supply and construction contracts.
  • Experience with permanent advance accounts.
  • Experience in implementing payment systems for pocket money and wages.
  • Experience in property administration, including planning new constructions, renovations, and space requirements.
