Job Summary

This role involves adapting, quality assuring, and further developing the SAP-HCM system into an integrated, efficient, and user-oriented Human Resources Management system, with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors. The specialist will coordinate functional requirements and implement HR processes within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, acting as a central point of contact for all HR-administering departments. Key responsibilities also include addressing tax, social security, and collective bargaining law issues, coordinating technical implementations with the IT department and external service providers, and managing payroll for both civil servants and tariff employees. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diplom or Bachelor) in Business Administration or Computer Science, OR a completed degree for general administrative service (e.g., Diplom-Verwaltungswirt, Bachelor of Laws from HSPV), OR successfully passed promotion examination for general administrative service, OR successful completion of the Verwaltungsfachwirt (VL II) course.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in human resources with relevance to the described tasks
