Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces by providing stable, secure, and efficient IT services. The Senior IT Service Technician will be responsible for resolving IT and telecommunications disruptions, performing on-site IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities, and analyzing issues at various locations, primarily in the Unna region. A key part of the role is documenting all activities in relevant systems and supporting central operations to meet agreed Service Level Agreements. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a commitment to contributing to Germany's security by maintaining one of the country's largest and most complex IT infrastructures.
