Job Summary
This specialized role involves taking professional responsibility for the application and continuous development of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework for the Insel Group. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements for risk assessment and lead crucial workshops across all directorates and medical areas to identify and evaluate organization-wide risks and opportunities. A key component of the job is supporting various units in developing risk mitigation measures and controls, while also creating and presenting impactful reports to the Executive Board and Board of Directors. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring the risk management software system, including central documentation like manuals and training materials. This position requires a highly motivated, cooperative individual with strong analytical skills and practical experience in organizational risk management, preferably within the demanding healthcare sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration (University or FH)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in organization-wide risk management (industry or services)
- Practical experience in conducting workshops, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Professional experience in supporting operational units in managing risks and opportunities
