Job Summary
This role involves driving the standardization and evolution of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process within a leading Swiss hospital network. You will be instrumental in ensuring that procurement and payment processes across all organizational units are efficient, compliant, and auditable. Key responsibilities include designing, documenting, and managing the holistic S2P process model, ensuring seamless integration with core adjacent processes, and establishing effective Process Governance to guarantee legal compliance, especially regarding public procurement law. You will harmonize working methods, anchor unified standards, and coordinate optimization projects focused on digitalization and automation, leveraging expertise in the SAP S/4 Hana environment. This is a high-impact, responsible position offering significant creative freedom and collaboration across various specialized departments.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Business Law, supplemented by further education in Process Management, Procurement, or Compliance.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in S2P or P2P process management within a complex organization
- Experience in establishing and further developing effective Process Governance
- Experience with public procurement law (iVöB / BöB)
- Experience leading and coordinating optimization projects (Digitalization and Automation)
