Job Summary

This role involves leading the definition, development, and implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts and Point of Sale (POS) materials worldwide for the luxury watch brand Hamilton. The Project Leader will ensure all VM solutions, including special projects like shop windows, special in-store animations, pop-up stores, and museum displays, align perfectly with Hamilton's global brand identity while respecting budget constraints. Key responsibilities include creating compelling VM guidelines for international markets, managing supplier relationships, assuring quality/cost balance for POS materials, and providing quarterly reports to management. The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative self-starter with a degree in visual communication or design and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. This position offers the opportunity to bring bold ideas to an international marketing team, combining American spirit with Swiss precision in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in ES Visual Communication or University Degree in Design.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role.
  • Professional experience defining, developing, and implementing global VM concepts and POS material.
  • Professional experience managing POS material production, supplier relationships, and budget control.
  • Professional experience creating and enforcing international Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Additional

  • Requires ability to travel for market visits and trainings. Must assure constant research on sustainable materials and approaches to reduce the ecological footprint. Knowledge of Autocad is beneficial.
