Financial Controller | Contrôleur Financier (H/F, 80-100%)

Job Summary

This role as a Financial Controller is based at The Swatch Group Export SA in Neuchâtel, a strategic division responsible for global export and distribution within the world-leading Swiss watch industry group. You will be instrumental in the Controlling department, focusing on core financial operations including preparing financial reports for the Group and actively participating in monthly closings, controls, and reconciliations. A key part of your day involves monitoring and analyzing transport and marketing costs, reviewing pricing, and managing ERP data related to clients, suppliers, and tariffs. You will also contribute significantly to maintaining and developing the Internal Control System (ICS) and updating internal procedures. This position requires a university degree in Finance, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, especially Excel. Crucially, candidates must be native French speakers with professional fluency in English, possessing strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
